Brief Product Description and Pricing
- PROPHIX is an out-of-the-box multi-user application that includes financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, and budgeting. It offers the familiarity of a spreadsheet-style interface with the ability to handle multiple users and manage data through a centralized database. The product is sold and implemented directly by the company, and is available in three editions, PROPHIX Lite, Budgets, and Enterprise. All run on a proprietary, OLAP capable database.
- PROPHIX Lite is a single user edition that provides all of the main budgeting features of the Budgets and Enterprise products. Personnel planning is optional. It does not handle multiple dimensions, allocations, or drill through to actual results. PROPHIX Budgets is a multi-user edition that can accommodate up to 100 users. The database is stored on a file server and is compatible with Novell or Microsoft Windows Server. All of the functionality available in PROPHIX Enterprise can be added on as individual modules, including personnel planning, multi-currency, and multiple scenarios. PROPHIX Enterprise is a client/server application that has all of the budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation functionality offered by PROPHIX as standard features. The product can read from a wide variety of data sources, such as Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Excel, or any ODBC compliant database.
Technical Specifications

PROPHIX Enterprise is a sophisticated enterprise financial application, with client/server capabilities; PROPHIX is extremely scalable.
- PROPHIX will interface with applications utilizing OLAP or ODBC via a number of database connections. The software is advanced and use of a qualified integrator with implementation experience should be expected.
